Za Zen Spa & Renewal Sanctuary believes in giving back to the communities we serve through our donations program as well as our Community Outreach Programs. The programs we support come from our business philosophies and guest concerns. Due to the number of donation requests we do receive, we unfortunately cannot donate to all causes.

REQUESTS FOR A DONATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:

1. A concise description, including purpose and objectives
2. Date of Event
3. Contact person
4. Contact Information
5. Proof of non profit status under the Internal Revenue Code
6. The goal your event is trying to reach or what you have raised in the past

All requests will be evaluated by the Donation Department. Donations are made in the form of Za Zen Spa & Renewal Sanctuary  Gift Certificates to be used for specified services. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Donations will need to be picked up at the spa location with the

non- profit status information.
